Installing the cooling module

NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.

Check if stop pad (2) is present on cooler module mount (1).

Measure
- Replace stop pad (2).

Feed in the cooling module (1) with the help of a support person from below in the direction of arrow and install it.

Attach the cooling module (1) with the cooler module mounts (2) in the direction of arrow to the side member (3).

Tighten the screw (1) on the right cooler module mount.

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Cooling module to side member
M6	tightening torque	10 Nm

Connect the transmission oil lines (1) to the transmission oil cooler and audibly lock.

Connect and lock coolant line (1) to the low-temperature coolant expansion tank.
The coolant line (1) must audibly engage.

Check that the left cover (1) is seated correctly on the cooling module (3).

Install the cover panel at the bottom on the cooling module and lock the locks (1).

Securing the engine oil cooler

Precondition

Front assembly protection has been removed.
Insert the engine oil cooler (2) and position it.

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Engine oil cooler on holder
Hexagon screw M8X35	tightening torque	19 Nm

Connect the right coolant hoses (1) to the radiator and audibly lock it in place.

Install the upper cover panel (2) on the cooling module and lock the locks (1).
