Welcome lights

The welcome lights are activated when the vehicle is unlocked (light switch in the "automatic driving lights control" or "low-beam headlights" position). The Body Domain Controller (BDC) switches on the side lights and the side marker light for approx. 20 seconds via the Frontal Light Electronics Left (FLEL) and the Frontal Light Electronics Right (FLER). The Body Domain Controller (BDC) switches off the welcome lights after the expiration of the shifting time (dimming).
