General notes

After replacement of a seat module (driver's seat module and/or front passenger seat module), seat standardization must be carried out. A service function is available for the seat standardization.

Seat standardization comprises the following:

• Teaching of the mechanical end stops to define the position of the seat relative to the vehicle environment (normalization)
• Adjustment of stiff movement for force limitation (adaptation)
