11 61 065 Removing and installing/replacing left intake plenum (S63)
Special tools required:

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove complete front panel.
- Remove complete cooling core with condenser . See 64 53 551 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING CAPACITOR FOR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM , 17 11 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING RADIATOR (N63, S63) , 17 51 020 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING SUPPLEMENTARY COOLANT PUMP FOR INTER COOLER (N63, S63) , 17 11 150 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING ENGINE OIL COOLER (N63, S63) , 17 11 370 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING COOLING COIL FOR POWER STEERING (N63, S63) , 17 11 035 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/RENEWING FAN COWL WITH ELECTRIC FAN (S63) or 17 13 020 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING INTERCOOLER EXPANSION TANK (S63) .
- Remove POWER STEERING PUMP with holder.
- Remove CYLINDER HEAD COVER .
- Remove left INJECTION PIPE .
Detach engine ventilation hose (1).
Unscrew nuts (2).
Tightening torque: 11 61 1 AZ .
Fit special tool 00 0 200.
Release nuts on left and right engine support arms.
Raise engine.
Release THROTTLE VALVE (1).
Release screw (2).
Tightening torque: 11 61 2 AZ .
Installation note:
Replace all profile seals.
Assemble engine and vehicle.
Check air intake system for leaks.
