630CSi, 633CSi & 733i

With engine off and ignition on, disconnect Black switching valve. Connect a test lamp to connector terminals. Push in clutch and place transmission in 4th gear. Test lamp should come on. If not, switch on transmission is defective, or electrical circuit is defective.
