Transmission Fluid Level, Checking, Front Transmission 0MA
Procedure
- The vehicle must be level when checking the transmission fluid level.
- Replace the transmission fluid filler hole plug after removing.
-- Remove the front underbody trim panel. Refer to OVERVIEW - UNDERBODY TRIM PANELS .
-- Push the noise insulation slightly to the side.
-- Remove the plug -arrow- for the transmission fluid filler hole.
- Specified value: The fluid level is correct when the transmission is filled up to the lower edge of the transmission fluid filler hole.
-- If necessary, fill with original transmission fluid. For the part number. Refer to the Parts Information.
-- Tighten the new transmission fluid filler hole plug.
Further installation is performed in reverse order of the removal.
