1. Suction Jet Pump
   • Integrated in  ) OVERVIEW - FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, TDI AWD VEHICLES - List Item: Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
   • Function. Refer to SUCTION JET PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Fuel Level Sensor -G-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Fuel Delivery Unit -GX1-
   • With the Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
   • Perform an electrical test on the fuel pump. Refer to the appropriate Service Information.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TDI VEHICLES .
   • After replacing, reset the adaptation values using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
   • Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
   • It must be ensured that at least five liters of fuel are in the fuel tank after installation.
4. Clamp
   • Replace after removing.
5. Grommet
6. Clamp
   • Replace after removing.
7. Fuel Line
   • To the Metering Pump -V54- for the parking/auxiliary heater
   • Removing and installing. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
8. Fuel Supply Line
   • To the fuel filter
   • Clipped to the fuel tank
   • Do not kink
   • Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
9. Fuel Return Line
   • From the engine
   • Clipped to the fuel tank
   • Do not kink
   • Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
10. Connector
    • For parking/auxiliary heater Metering Pump -V54-
    • Make sure it is attached securely
11. Connector
    • For Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-, Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-, Fuel Level Sensor -G- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
    • Make sure it is attached securely
12. Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-
    • Checking. Refer to the appropriate Service Information
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Locking Ring
    • Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit: T10202 
    • 110 Nm
14. Seal
    • Replace after removing.
    • Install dry
15. Connector
    • For clutch
16. Connector
    • For the Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
17. Locking Ring
    • Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit: T10202 
    • 110 Nm
18. Seal
    • Replace after removing.
    • Install dry
19. Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
