Control Module/Digital Sound System Amplifier, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Move the left front seat as far forward and up as possible.

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- from the bracket -1-.

-- Lift the bracket -1- with the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- until the connectors are accessible.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525-.

-- Insert the Fiber-Optic Repair Set - Connector Protective Caps:VAS6223/9  -1- onto the MOST Bus connector -2-.

-- Pull the bracket -1- with the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- out of the guides in the seat crossmember toward the rear and remove it.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1- from the bracket -2-.
