Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, THROUGH 11/03/2008: Removing

-- Remove the A/C system control head, refer to DISPLAY AND CONTROL HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the CD Changer -R41- from the instrument panel, refer to CD Changer -R41-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, THROUGH 11/03/2008 .

-- Remove the screws -arrows- and pull the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523- -1- in the direction of -arrow- out from the mount frame.

-- Release and disconnect the connection for the MOST-Bus -3-.

-- Insert the Fiber-Optic Repair Set - Connector Protective Caps VAS6223/9 -1- onto the MOST bus connector -2-.

-- Loosen the ground connection -2-.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -1- and -4- from the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523- -5-.

-- Turn the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523- control unit together with the bracket -5-.

-- Remove the bolts -3- and take Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523- -2- out of the bracket -1-.
