Ventilation Slots In Luggage Compartment, Checking

-- Check the left and right air guides through the vent openings -arrow- built into the luggage compartment side trim panel -1-.

NOTE:

Closed or blocked air ducts to the forced air extraction vent frames can cause the windows to fog up.

Various versions and locations. Shown in the illustration on the Audi A7.

For the Audi A6 Sedan the forced air extraction takes place using two vents -1- in the rear shelf, openings in the luggage compartment liner -2- and the right and left luggage compartment side trim panel -3- for the forced air extraction vent frames.

For the Audi A6 Avant, the forced air extraction takes place in the same way using the luggage compartment side trim panel near the rear side window integrated vent openings.
