-- Remove the rear noise insulation, refer to REAR NOISE INSULATION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -2- and the Engine Speed Sensor -G28-.

Vehicles with S tronic Transmission 0B5:

-- Remove bolts -arrows- and move the ATF cooler slightly to the side.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.
