- Data bus on board diagnostic interface -J533- interlinks the different Controller Area Network (CAN) bus systems in the vehicle.
- It transmits data from, for example, the Engine Control Module (ECM) (drivetrain CAN bus) to the instrument cluster (instrument cluster CAN bus).
