Scan Tool Function Mode 08: Reading Measured Value Block: Notes

NOTE: If convertible top cannot be operated automatically, value blocks can still be checked by using scan tool and moving convertible top by hand. Correct specified values are only displayed while top is in motion.

NOTE: After checking value blocks, read and erase all DTCs. See SCAN TOOL FUNCTION MODE 02: RETRIEVING DTC MEMORY and SCAN TOOL FUNCTION MODE 05: ERASING DTC MEMORY.

NOTE: To ensure proper voltage supply during this test, start and run engine during test. Before starting test, close and lock convertible top, close trunk lid and engage parking brake.
