Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Raise the seat until to the end of travel position.
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the side seat shields. Refer to SIDE SHIELDS, SEAT CUSHION, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

4. Remove the switch cover (1a) from the seat shield.
5. Release the switch (2a) retainers and remove the switch.

6. If equipped with side support lumbar switch (1b), disconnect (1a) then unclip (2a) and remove.

INSTALLATION 

1. Inspect the seat switch and wiring harness connector.

2. Install the switch (1a) and secure the retainers.
3. Install the cover (2a) and secure the retainers.
4. If equipped install the side support lumbar switch.
5. Install the side seat shields. Refer to SIDE SHIELDS, SEAT CUSHION, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
