Front Window Mechanism Not Working

NOTE:

With the ignition in the KEY-ON position, when the buttons located in the doors are operated, the electric front windows do not work at all

      Test results
0 SWITCH POWER SUPPLY CHECK EVERYTHING OK PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED OPERATION
  Check the following, in order:
  • Engine compartment control unit fuse;
  • Power supply for the switches
 Go to Step 1 Fuse damaged Replace the fuse and find out what could have caused it to blow
1 SERVICES RELAY SWITCH POWER SUPPLY CHECK (POWER CIRCUIT) EVERYTHING OK PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED OPERATION
  Check that the services discharge relay switch is receiving the correct power supply from the battery.
With the ignition on KEY-ON, connect to the power supply for the relay switch from the Body Computer and check, when the electric windows are operated, that the power supply is sent to the relay switch.
Also check that the electrical connections between the Body Computer, battery and relay switch are not faulty.
NOTE:

Do not disconnect the relay switch

 Go to Step 2
  1. No power supply from the battery
  2. Enablement for power supply not provided by the Body Computer
  3. Connections faulty
  1. Restore the correct power supply to the relay switch. If necessary, replace the faulty components (if a fuse is involved, first search for what has caused it to blow)
  2. Replace Body Computer
  3. Restore the correct connections
2 RELAY SWITCH OUTPUT CHECK EVERYTHING OK PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED OPERATION
  With the ignition on KEY-ON, connect to the relay switch output and check that, when the electric windows are operated, the supply is sent to the electric windows circuit.
Also check that the connections between the services relay switch and the Driver's/Passenger Door couplings are not faulty		 Go to Step 3
  1. The power supply is not sent to the circuit
  2. Connections faulty
  1. Replace the services relay switch
  2. Restore the correct connections
3 ELECTRIC WINDOWS CIRCUIT CHECK EVERYTHING OK PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED OPERATION
  The problem is due to the simultaneous presence of problems in the two front electric window circuits. Continue following the instructions for both electric windows, bearing in mind that the problems could be different for the two electric windows End of diagnosis The fault persists Contact Technical Service for further information on the problem
