ATP-P, ATP-R, ATP-N, ATP-D, ATP-S, ATP-FWD, ATP-RVS Shorted Wire Inspection (Shorted to Ground)

NOTICE: 

Before disconnecting the TCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

Test Procedure

    Transmission range switch connector (10P): disconnected

  • -

    TCM connector (50P): disconnected

  • -

    Shift position indicator connector (12P): disconnected

• Procedure

    In accordance with the following table, check the circuits that display ON at all shift positions in the Confirmation Procedure.

    Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.

ATP-RVS shorted to ground inspection

Results
