EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve Component Inspection
Test Procedure
- Preparation

- EVAP canister vent shut valve 2P connector: disconnected
- Procedure
-
- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

| Valve internal circuit inspection | OFF | About 25 - 30 Ohm (at room temperature) | ||
Results
- If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the EVAP canister vent shut valve.
FI_SUB_RLY_OUT Circuit Inspection
Test Procedure
- Preparation

- EVAP canister vent shut valve 2P connector: disconnected
- Procedure
-
- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

| FI_SUB_RLY_OUT circuit inspection | ON | 12 V battery voltage [circuit type 1] |
Results
- If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
If the power supply inspection of the above table showed abnormally, do the additional Power Supply Inspection , to locate the failure.
VSV Circuit Inspection
NOTICE:
Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.
Test Procedure

- EVAP canister vent shut valve 2P connector: disconnected
- PCM connector A (50P): disconnected
- Procedure
-
- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

Results
- If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
PCM Inspection
Test Procedure
- If the other inspection item(s) indicated a normal condition, then it is determined that the remaining PCM is the cause.
Results
- There is a problem with the PCM.
