A/C Pressure Sensor Inspection

NOTE: Since there is no direct method to test the component itself, troubleshooting is performed on the related components.

Test Procedure

PCM output voltage inspection

Preparation
- A/C pressure sensor 3P connector: disconnected

Procedure

Jump A/C pressure sensor 3P connector terminals No. 1 and No. 2 with a jumper wire.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
Confirm the HDS [ A/C Pressure Sensor Voltage ].

(Disconnected)
A/C pressure sensor 3P connector female terminals

Normal Conditions
- HDS [ A/C Pressure Sensor Voltage ] value is less than 4.75 V .

Results

If it is normal, there is a problem with the A/C pressure sensor.
If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the related components.
