DTC B1146: Front Passenger's Power Window Switch Malfunction

NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A (see TROUBLESHOOTING - B-CAN SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS TEST MODE A ).
  1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
  2. Open the driver's door.
  3. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
  4. Disconnect the 14P connector from the front passenger's power window switch and wait for 2 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the 14P connector to the front passenger's power window switch.
  6. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
  7. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

    Is DTC B1146 indicated? 

    YES  -Check connections. If OK, replace the front passenger's power window switch (EEPROM error).

    NO  -The system is OK at this time.
