Radiator Fan Control Sensor (3.5RL)

  1. Remove sensor from radiator. Suspend switch and thermometer in container partially filled with coolant. Heat coolant while monitoring temperature.
  2. Measure sensor resistance at specified temperatures. See RADIATOR CONTROL FAN SENSOR RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS  . If continuity is not as specified, replace sensor. If continuity is as specified, check relay and related wiring.
