Control Unit Input Test: 3.5RL

  1. Remove right rear pillar trim. Remove headliner. See HEADLINER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Disconnect sun roof harness 3-pin connector from right side wiring harness. Using a DVOM, perform sun roof control unit input test. See Fig 1.
  2. When complete, reconnect 3-pin connector. Disconnect sun roof control unit 10-pin connector. Using a DVOM, perform remaining sun roof control unit input tests. See Fig 2. If all input tests are okay, replace sun roof control unit. If any input test is not as specified, repair as specified.
