Off		3, 5, 6 & 10
Up		5 & 9; 3, 6 & 10
Down		3, 6 & 9; 5 & 10
Left		5, 6 & 9; 3 & 10
Right		3 & 9; 5, 6 & 10
Left Mirror
Off		4, 5, 7 & 10
Up		5 & 9; 4, 7 & 10
Down		4, 7 & 9; 5 & 10
Left		5, 7 & 9; 4 & 10
Right		4 & 9; 5, 7 & 10
Switch Light (On/Off)		(1) 2 & 8
(1) If continuity does not exist between terminals No. 2 and 8, replace bulb and re-test before replacing switch.
