Tap Up/Down Function

When set/coast switch is momentarily turned on and off while the vehicle is running, the vehicle accelerates/decelerates by one MPH fro each on/off operation. The speed at which vehicle is running when control switch is turned off is stored in memory. The vehicle automatically returns to the newly stored speed.
